The digital planners have been designed to be used in conjunction with any PDF annotation app. Examples include Goodnotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Collanotes, Xodo etc.

The experience is designed to be used on a tablet with a stylus but can used on your laptop or mobile phone.

Planners are only available in English.

We don’t have any tutorials for this but Youtube is a great source of information.

No, This is not an app. This is a PDF File. You will import the PDF File into your PDF Annotation app and you will be able to navigate the planner using hyperlinks which allows for a silky smooth navigation experience

Yes, it is a PDF File. You can use it on an unlimited number of devices and sync it with your application.

Delivery

Our products are digital, and will be available for download immediately after purchase.

A download link will also be sent to your email.

Sometimes emails get lost in the spam folder or you used another email. Please check! It’s possible that we received an incorrect email address. Also make sure the payment went through and is not pending. Emails could take up to 1 hour to receive.

If you still don’t have it, send us a message on with your name and email so we can look into it.

The currency is automatically in your local currency. You can view and edit the currency at the bottom to confirm.

The only invoice we provide is the one included with your purchase.

We do not provide any custom invoice for your purchases.

No. You do not need to register an account at all. Everything is sent to your email. If for any reason it is lost or the link is expired, we will help you update your links and emails.

 

If you register after purchasing, it will NOT connect to you to your order automatically. You will have to request this.

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. If you purchased 2 of the same product send us a message so we can correct the payment.
